EcoStay Environmental Friendly Program

At Radisson Hotel we are concerned about our environmental inpact, and we know you are too!

Throughout our hotel you will see various environmental initiatives such as" participating in a linen & towel re-use program, Recycling throughout the hotel, Energy conservation, and unplugging applicances when not in use. But even with all of these eco-actions in place, we are sill creating greenhouse gas emissions and contributing to climate change so we go a step beyond. We are participating in the EcoStay Program to make sure we are measuring our greenhouse gas emissions annually and offsetting all of our unavoidalbe emissions by investing in carbon offsets from emission-reducing projects across Canada.

Now you can be rest assured that we are balancing off the envirionmental impact every time you turn on a light, watch TV, take a shower, or enjoy a good night's sleep in our hotel. Our minimal nightly eco-fee means that your night's stay does not need to cost the earth.

With your help, we hope to implement additional environmental initatives over the next 12 months.

Eco-friendly Travel Tips

• Offset your flight.
• While in town, use an eco-friendly mode of transportation like biking, walking or public transit.
• Resue towels & sheets instead of changing them every day.
• Keep your showers short and shut off water while brushing teeth.
• Turn off the AC/heat, television, lights, and any other electrical devices whenever you leave your room.
• Use the Hotel's recycling facilities.
